Sampai tahun akademik 2010/2011 di jurusan IESP terdapat 42 (empat puluh dua) orang staf pengajar tetap. Diantaranya 10 (sepuluh) orang Doktor Ekonomi dengan 4 (empat) orang diantaranya guru besar, sedangkan yang sedang menyelesaikan pendidikan Doktoral (S3) sebanyak 5 (lima) orang. Selanjutnya, staf pengajar yang telah menyelesaikan pendidikan strata 2 (S2) sebanyak 21 orang, dan tengah menyelesaikan S2 sebanyak 4 orang.
